Because people have shown negligence in reading the rules regarding powers, CIRCE IS GOING TO MAKE THIS AN ANNOUNCEMENT UNTIL PEOPLE GET IT IN THEIR HEADS. I don't CARE what site you're from or what rules that site has regarding powers. Powers are highly restricted!!! If you want a power, you have to go through me. You can't ask Ender, you can't ask a fellow member, and you most definitely cannot grant them to yourself. I am in charge of powers, and I'm the ONLY one who is allowed to grant them to a charrie. If you want a power, you have to go through the following process (come ON, will it KILL you to ask?);
1. BEFORE YOU MAKE YOUR PROFILE, send Circe a pm. 2. Copy and paste the following form and fill it out. (Thanks Lin for suggesting this!)

What does it do?:
Why I want these powers and why I should have them:
3. Wait for Circe's reply. (I may want more detail on your power if I believe it's too general or if it sounds similar to a previously taken power.) 4. If Circe says NO to your request, you are perfectly entitled to ask why. (Although she usually tells you anyways). But please, be nice about it... If you press the issue or get rude, Circe most likely will NEVER grant ANY of your charries powers. Just move on and make your charrie's profile. (Note that if she said no to your powers, you MUST leave the powers section empty.) 5. If Circe says YES to your request, then you can go ahead and fill in the power she granted you.
See? How hard was that? It's not that hard, and if you follow that process, not only will your charrie most likely end up with powers, but Circe will like you a LOT more. (She gets kinda cranky when people don't read and/or follow the rules and she has to ratt them out for it.)
ALL HEAR THIS! NOW THAT THIS HAS BEEN MADE AN ANNOUNCEMENT, YOU SHOULD HAVE READ IT! THE NEXT TIME CIRCE SEES A PROFILE WITH UNAUTHORIZED POWERS, SHE IS GOING TO DELETE IT!! (And she means ALL of it.) So FOLLOW THE RULES.
